 General Conditions

  • Return Deadline: You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, with all accessories, the invoice, and in undamaged packaging.


 Return Procedure

  • Contact Customer Service: Send a message via WhatsApp at  +237699288816 to confirm if your return is eligible.

  • Drop Off: If you were delivered through an agency, return the product to that branch location.

  • Verification: All returned items will be checked to ensure they meet our return criteria.


Accepted Reasons for Return

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Missing item or component

  • Product differs from the website description

  • Counterfeit product


 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Underwear (boxers, swimsuits, etc.)

  • Sex toys

  • Beauty, cosmetic, and hygiene products

  • Food and consumables (cigars, beverages, etc.)

  • Phone accessories (screen protectors, cases, etc.)

  • Electronic accessories (chargers, earphones, headphones, etc.)


Processing Timeframes

  • Replacement: Processed within 1 to 5 business days after verification. If not completed, contact customer support at [Insert Number].

  • Refund: Processed within 3 to 5 business days via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. If delayed, please contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.


 Warranty

Most products come with a warranty. Check your order details to see if your item is covered and for how long.


Important Notes
